Key Facts
- Work Types: 8H full-time / 6H / 4H part-time
- Pay: ₩12,000 per hour (₩880,000 – ₩2,100,000/month)

🚨 Mandatory Rule (Non-Negotiable)
6:40 AM Campus Attendance
All SGP members must arrive on campus by 6:40 AM on working days.
- This is a core operational requirement
- It is the main interview filter
- If you cannot sustain early mornings long-term, SGP is not the right fit
- Showing awareness of this rule = maturity + reliability
Interview-Day Expectations
- Arrive 15 minutes early
- Inform organizers at least 1 day in advance if absent
- Wear professional attire
- Remain silent in waiting areas
- Do not disturb other applicants

Language & Application Standards
- Application must be fully completed
- Write everything in Korean

🎯 Interview Structure (3 Deciding Questions)
The SGP interview is short and structured.

Purpose:

2. Why Did You Apply for SGP?
Purpose:
Evaluate motivation and alignment
What they want to hear:
- Scholarship / financial support
- Teamwork experience
- Korean language improvement

Measure reliability and execution ability
