Sol Green Police (SGP) is a university environmental cleanup and student support program established in 2010. It operates as a structured work–scholarship program, not a casual campus job. Discipline, punctuality, and compliance define success.

Key Facts

  • Work Types: 8H full-time / 6H / 4H part-time
  • Pay: ₩12,000 per hour (₩880,000 – ₩2,100,000/month)
  • Team: Highly international student environment


🚨 Mandatory Rule (Non-Negotiable)

6:40 AM Campus Attendance

All SGP members must arrive on campus by 6:40 AM on working days.

  • This is a core operational requirement
  • It is the main interview filter
  • If you cannot sustain early mornings long-term, SGP is not the right fit
  • Showing awareness of this rule = maturity + reliability


Interview-Day Expectations

  • Arrive 15 minutes early
  • Inform organizers at least 1 day in advance if absent
  • Wear professional attire
  • Remain silent in waiting areas
  • Do not disturb other applicants

👉 Behavior is evaluated before the interview even starts

Language & Application Standards

  • Application must be fully completed
  • Write everything in Korean
  • Provide accurate contact information

🎯 Interview Structure (3 Deciding Questions)

The SGP interview is short and structured.
Selection depends mainly on these 3 questions:


1. Self-Introduction (Always First)

Purpose:
Evaluate clarity, structure, and Korean communication effort

Include (in order, in Korean):

  • Name
  • Country
  • Major
  • Academic year
  • Time in Korea

안녕하세요, 제 이름은 존입니다.  
Hello, my name is John.

네팔에서 왔고 인공지능과 빅데이터를 전공하고 있습니다.
I am from Nepal and I am majoring in AI and Big Data.

현재 22살이고 학부 3학년입니다.
I am 22 years old and currently a third-year undergraduate student.

한국에는 약 2년 동안 거주했습니다.
I have lived in Korea for about two years.


2. Why Did You Apply for SGP?

Purpose:
Evaluate motivation and alignment

What they want to hear:

  • Scholarship / financial support
  • Teamwork experience
  • Korean language improvement
  • Korean work culture exposure
  • Genuine need for the job

Example:

SGP는 장학금 지원을 받을 수 있고 팀워크와 책임감을 배울 수 있는 프로그램이라고 생각해서 지원했습니다.  
I applied because I believe SGP offers scholarship support and teaches teamwork and responsibility.

또한 한국어 실력을 향상시키고 한국의 근무 문화를 배우고 싶습니다.
I also want to improve my Korean and learn Korean work culture.

학업과 생활을 안정적으로 병행하기 위해 이 일이 필요합니다.
I need this job to balance my studies and daily life.


3. How Can You Contribute to SGP? ⭐ (Most Important)

Purpose:
Measure reliability and execution ability

Rules:

  • Answer in Korean
  • Keep it 2–3 lines
  • Focus on actions, not ideas

Key Points:

  • Punctuality (early mornings)
  • Responsibility
  • Teamwork
  • Clean campus support
  • Supporting team leaders

Example:

저는 시간 약속을 잘 지키고 책임감 있게 일할 수 있습니다.  
I can work responsibly and be punctual.

팀원들과 협력하여 캠퍼스 환경을 깨끗하게 유지하겠습니다.
I will cooperate with teammates to keep the campus clean.

지시를 잘 따르고 팀 리더를 적극적으로 지원하겠습니다.
I will follow instructions and support team leaders.

SGP does not select based on confidence or fluency.
