  • Every KT customer is already in it. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay.
  • Your tier is decided by what you spent with KT over the past 12 months, and it is worked out again once a year.
  • Everything is claimed in the KT Membership app. You show a coupon or scan it at the shop.

  • Spending is counted across your bills for the past 12 months, roughly November of last year to October of this year.
  • If you spent under 200,000 KRW but have had your line for less than a year, you are put in White rather than General.
  • Some plans carry VVIP or VIP status on their own once you have held the plan long enough. Join between the 1st and the 15th of a month and it starts on the 1st of the next month. Join from the 16th onwards and it starts on the 16th of the next month.
  • Tiers are recalculated once a year. The 2026 tiers were set from what you spent between November 2024 and October 2025.
  • You can see which plans carry VVIP or VIP status in the KT Membership app.

  • Pick one: three free cinema tickets, or two free tickets with a combo set.
  • You also get a free bouquet or a sugar candle, whichever you prefer.
  • You also get a slice of birthday cake with two drinks.
  • It all runs out at the end of your birthday month.
  • The cinema pick uses up that month's VVIP pick, so you cannot take both.

VIP

  • Pick one: a coffee and donut set, a free Vanilla Delight regular drink, or a 1+1 cinema coupon.
  • This does not use up your monthly VIP pick.

How to claim any of it

  1. Open the KT Membership app.
  2. For a birthday benefit, tap the birthday banner on the home screen. For anything else, find the brand in the partner list.
  3. Pick the benefit you want, or download all the birthday coupons at once.
  4. Show the coupon at the counter, or scan it at the kiosk in the shop.

Brands change every month

KT swaps partner brands in and out every month. The tiers and the monthly pick stay the same, but a particular brand may not, so check it in the KT Membership app before you count on it.

  • Invitations: a preview screening of the film 부활남 (Resurrection Man), and the musical 광화문연가 (Gwanghwamun Sonata).
  • Seasonal offers with Caribbean Bay, 배달의민족 (Baemin, the food delivery app) and GS Caltex, plus two more announced in the app.
  • Sweet offers with Baskin Robbins, KT Shopping Lounge and Gong Cha. A second round comes later in the month.
