7-day right of withdrawal (청약철회)

Under Article 17 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래법 제17조), you may withdraw your purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods — no reason required. Start a return from your order page; once we receive the item back, your payment is refunded in full.

When withdrawal is limited

• Goods destroyed or damaged by the buyer (except damage to packaging needed to inspect the item)
• Goods whose value has significantly decreased through use
• Goods whose value has significantly decreased over time and cannot be resold
• Custom-made goods produced individually to your order (see below)

Custom-built PCs (order-made goods)

Custom-built PCs are assembled individually to your configuration. Under 전자상거래법 제17조②5호, the 7-day withdrawal does not apply once assembly has begun, and this limitation is disclosed here and on each custom-PC product page before you pay. Cancellation is free any time BEFORE assembly begins (order status 결제완료). Defective units are always repaired, replaced, or refunded at our cost regardless of this exception.

Return shipping costs

The buyer pays the delivery charge shown at checkout. Change of mind: the buyer pays return shipping. Defective, damaged, or not-as-described items: Keasy pays all shipping both ways.

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of the returned item passing inspection. Card payments are cancelled through Toss Payments; the credit typically appears within 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer.

Delivery periods

• In-stock items: shipped within 7 days of payment
• Custom-built PCs: built and shipped within 6 weeks of payment (build period shown on the product page)
