• You call countries outside the 38, or call many different countries.
• You call a Tier 3 country, which burns your allowance 3x as fast on 001 Free.
• You want a predictable bill: 120 minutes anywhere, one rate after that.

One minute of calling takes 1 minute off your allowance. Once it is gone, calls cost 1.98 KRW per second.

• On 망내 무한 plans (unlimited calls within KT), only the off-net (망외) allowance can be spent on international calls.
• Youth plans (청소년용 요금제) cannot subscribe to 001 Free.
• If your plan is not on this list, call the customer centre to check whether 001 Free can be added.

• Only calls dialled with 001 count. Other international access codes, satellite phones and Kaesong Industrial Complex calls are excluded.
• International video calls and SMS are billed separately and are not covered.
• Billing is not prorated, so the full monthly fee applies whichever day you join. Joining early in a billing month gets you more value.
• Joining automatically cancels any other international discount plan on your line.
• After cancelling 001 Free you cannot re-join in the same month. 001 글로벌Free can be re-joined, but the fee is charged again.
• Any change to the line (number portability, name change, carrier change, suspension) can auto-cancel the discount. Report changes to KT.
