About

Yukhwatan is a pork grill focused on ageing, near Lotte Department Store in Daejeon.
Pork arrives on the day it is butchered and is never vacuum packed before ageing.
The meat goes through 24 days of alternating dry ageing and wet ageing.
Pork belly and neck are seared on a 250 degree iron plate, then finished over binchotan charcoal.
Special cuts such as skirt, jowl and gabrisal are served, along with Korean beef brisket.
