- Supasteki is a Korean beef charcoal steak house near Sangsangmadang in Hongdae.
- The beef is cross aged with a specialist ageing partner for a deeper flavour.
- Cuts are prepared 2.5 to 4cm thick and sliced straight off the grill with no resting.
