About
- Khan Steakhouse opened in May 2014 as the first dry aging steak restaurant in Daejeon.
- Dry aging exposes the beef to open air, deepening flavour while losing up to 50 percent of the raw weight.
- Temperature, airflow and humidity are balanced carefully through the whole ageing period.
- The owner chef trained in Los Angeles and built the restaurant after tasting dry aged steak at Peter Luger in New York.
