Cookie Policy

Effective Date: June 9, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Montem Flumen Inc., the operator of Korea Easy ("Keasy," "we," or "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and apps. It supplements our Privacy Policy. We use cookies in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, for visitors in the EU/EEA, the GDPR / ePrivacy rules.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. Similar technologies (such as browser localStorage) work the same way. We group them into three categories you control in our cookie banner.

2. The cookies we use

CategoryPurposeConsent
RequiredKeep you signed in (authentication) and protect requests (CSRF). The site cannot work without these.Always on
AnalyticsUnderstand aggregate product usage (pages viewed, features used, conversion steps) via PostHog so we can improve the service.Opt-in
MarketingReserved for future remarketing. None are set today; if introduced, they will appear here first.Opt-in

3. Cookieless website analytics (Cloudflare)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic such as page views, referring sites, and approximate country. It does not use cookies, store anything on your device, fingerprint your browser, or track you across other sites, so it runs without consent.

4. Product analytics (PostHog)

When you allow analytics cookies, we use PostHog to understand how the whole product is used and where people get stuck, so we can improve it. PostHog is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt). It sets a first-party cookie to recognise a returning browser; while you are signed in, events are linked to your account ID. We keep session recording disabled and do not use PostHog's advertising features, and we never sell your data. PostHog only starts collecting after you opt in, and stops the moment you withdraw consent below.

5. Manage or withdraw your consent

You can change your choice at any time. Selecting "Manage preferences" re-opens the cookie banner so you can turn analytics on or off; withdrawing analytics consent stops PostHog collection immediately. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
